“So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.” James 2:17
Worship is inspiring, but there is more to the Christian lifestyle. Crossroads UMC offers many ways to put your Christian faith into action. An easy way to think of it by participating in Social, Service, and Study opportunities.
Social Opportunities provide a sense of belonging and connection to the body of Christ in the midst of a lonely world. You’ll find support in the hard times and joy in the good times. Social activities at Crossroads UMC include monthly Wednesday Night Suppers, small group outings, and seasonal parties.
Service Opportunities help others in the community. Our church has monthly outreach activities that help people with their material and spiritual needs. Examples include clothing and food drives, fundraising for agencies that help the poor, one-on-one counseling, and mission trips.
Study Opportunities encourage spiritual growth. Learning about the Christian faith is a lifelong process. It begins with our Crossroads 101 classes that are held quarterly. After completing this class you are encouraged to explore bible studies and Sunday School classes that will help you grow in your knowledge of Christ.
Begin with worship on Sunday and get involved as the Holy Spirit leads you.
